We are a management consulting firm working with existing management to build sustainable organisations. To us, the term sustainability means meeting the needs of all stakeholders including shareholders, customers, employees, the community and the environment.

We do not suggest that these perspectives exist in equilibrium, rather consideration of the impact our operations have on each and take the necessary action to enable us to remain viable for the long-term.

This requires planning, systems, good process, continuous improvement and a long-term planning horizon. We take a view of sustainability which relates to the organisation itself as well as the environment, after all, one is not truly sustainable without the other. To this end, Sustainable Operations Management assists management to develop and implement a framework for sustainable operations.
